The Organization
Firehouse Training (firehousetraining.ca) is a Toronto, Canada-based training provider serving fire service and CBRNE teams. They deliver programs across virtual online classes, in-classroom tabletop exercises, and live field drills — and need tools that function equally well in every mode.

Running both virtual and in-person training programs required a tool that worked across all formats — tabletop scenarios, virtual online classes, and live field exercises. Most tools are format-specific. A single platform that worked across all three would simplify instruction and standardize student experience.
