Return Policy
This return policy applies to SYGNAL hardware purchases. Software subscriptions are governed by the cancellation terms in our Terms of Service. Last updated: March 2026.
Return Window
Unused SYGNAL hardware in original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items showing signs of use, modification, or damage may be subject to a restocking fee or refused. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
How to Request a Return
Email support@sygnalapp.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your hardware arrives defective or damaged in shipping, contact support@sygnalapp.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-configured hardware, items used in field exercises, opened and activated SAM units (where bonded to an organization), and consumables (batteries, replacement enclosures) are non-returnable except in the case of manufacturer defect.
Subscription Cancellations
Software subscriptions can be canceled at any time and will not renew at the end of the current period. Refunds for partial subscription periods are not provided unless required by law.
