Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all SYGNAL hardware orders, including Source beacons, Source kits, SAM area monitors, and pump simulators. Last updated: March 2026.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (Canada & United States)
We ship via a mix of national and regional carriers depending on destination and product weight. Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
International Shipping
SYGNAL ships internationally to most countries. International transit times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by the destination country. SYGNAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact support@sygnalapp.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. If a tracked shipment is delayed beyond the expected window, we will work with the carrier to investigate and replace the order if confirmed lost.
Address Changes
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
